At Corra Shoes Shop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Men’s Hiking Boots and Women’s Hiking Boots if they have been worn or if the original packaging is damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Corra Shoes Shop.
