At Corra Shoes Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Men’s Hiking Boots and Women’s Hiking Boots if they have been worn or if the original packaging is damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Corra Shoes Shop.
